As a community we have the choice to support not only Organic Farming but OUR local Organic Farms: The Dawn Institute, American Valley Growers, Sierra Valley Farms and local families growing Organic produce for the community.
With this in mind we at Pangaea Café, Pub & Juice Bar have made the choice whenever possible to buy & utilize produce that is in season and grown locally, and prepare these items for you our guests.
In knowing that you are supporting local families, the environment and your health we hope that you understand our choice to omit produce items from the menu that are not currently in season in order to utilize local produce.
