Beginning & Continuing
2008 was a year of beginnings for Pangaea. In January we started Sushi night. Wildly popular easily describes the scene every Thursday night. The Sushi chefs do an amazing job rolling out beautiful hand and long rolls along with nigiri and my personal favorite tempura rolls! Ahi, Hamachi, and Salmon are the favorite fishes. Stop by for the best and maybe only real Sushi in Plumas County.
Just two short months later in March we launched the first annual Pangaea Mug Club. Locals purchase an 18oz logo mug for $40 and then enjoy discounted beer prices in their very own mug throughout the year. We do the dishes and keep their personalized mug clean and ready to fill. On March 13th we will bring out new mugs; old mugs will be taken home and the new mugs will hang for the 2nd annual Pangaea Mug Club.
Soon to come in 09’ will be the “internet area” for laptop carrying patrons. We have added additional outlets for charging and are looking into desk type tables for those who want to take advantage of the wireless while they enjoy a drink or meal. We will also provide a computer for guests to check their email and surf the web.
Continuing on is the theme for 2009. On Feb 6th we will once again provide yummy appetizers for those who want to celebrate our 6th year in business with us. The party begins at 6pm and everyone is invited! We would also like to thank all the people who frequent Pangaea. Without you, our faithful regulars, we would not be celebrating.
