Carnivore Lasagna: 
Local Grass Fed Ground Beef, Organic Ground Turkey & Organic Italian Sausage delicately layered with local seasonal vegetables with a red wine marinara sauce. 


Herbivore Lasagna:
Seasonal vegetables, spinach, chard, zucchini, crimini mushrooms, artichoke hearts and eggplant layered with house made red wine marinara sauce. 


Vegan Pasta:
Penne pasta tossed with sautéed zucchini, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus & spinach with your choice of vegan Alfredo sauce or a vegan lemon dill butter.

Polenta Napoleon:
Layers of polenta stacked with sautéed seasonal greens, bell peppers, zucchini portobello mushrooms, havarti dill cheese and topped with a white wine butter sauce.


Stuffed Portobello Mushroom:
Organic portobello mushrooms stuffed with  spinach, kale, chard, bell peppers, onion and roasted garlic delicately folded in with pearl cous cous, pecorino romano cheese and drizzled with a white wine butter sauce.

Slow cooked lamb, marinated chicken or seasoned veggies accompanied with house made hummus, greek olives artichoke hearts, tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, feta cheese, roasted peppers & cucumbers. Served with Salad & Flat Bread.

Create your own pasta dishes!  Your choice of two pastas, two sauces and two proteins. Served with Green Salad and Roasted Garlic Bread.
Pasta (penne, spaghetti, fettuccini farfalle, fusilli, tortellini, linguine &rotini.
Proteins (Italian sausage, grilled chicken, meatballs, ground beef & pancetta ground  lamb & pancetta grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini) shrimp, seafood medley (scallops, shrimp & calamari additional upgrade $5 per person)
